I've lived here about 18 years. I've stayed this long because I've felt safe. The residents here are friendly. I don't own any fur babies but I enjoy watching those that are here. Front porch is still full of holes. Portal doesn't let you make payments. Price is way too high. Maintenance people coming into your place on super short notice.

The apartments are good, not many complaints. Only complaint is that when they give you letters about Routine Maintenance they don't actually come to your apartment. Second time my filter wasn't changed when they were doing maintenance.
