About The Florence
This lovely complex is nestled in the heart of the Midtown District in Downtown Oklahoma City. Fabulous dining, retail, and night life within walking distance. The complex has a laundry facility in the basement for residents only and includes one designated assigned parking space behind the building. We cover water, trash and sewer. Residents are responsible for electric. $15.00 a month laundry access fee. This community does NOT allow pets. The appliances, fixtures and interior finishes in each unit may be different from what is shown in the above photographs. Please note, while we welcome all, we regret to inform that we do not accept Section 8 or vouchers. Bottom floor studio apartment home! Hardwood floors all through out.
