The Staff is Amazing!
November 7, 2025I've lived at the Fremont Building for 2+ years and have not had any major issues. Our one bedroom apartment is very spacious. The building is well maintained by Khalil who is the nicest person. He takes care of any issues promptly and is always very pleasant and hard working. Krystal the manager is so kind and sweet and she and Khalil are the main reason we renew our leases.Property Manager Responded

Fremont Building
August 5, 2015Great apartments in the heart of midtown Sacramento! It's located right above some great restaurants and bars, and some new developments across the street and down the block have added some new favorite hangouts too! Despite all the action, I rarely hear any noise from inside my apartment. Favorite amenities include the washer and dryer in the unit (how did I ever get by without that!) and the super friendly and helpful maintenance guy. Minuses for me are the small size of the gym and the wall to ...wall carpeting, but maybe that's just me. But, if you're looking to be centrally located in a nice, spacious apartment, this is a great choice!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
