Great Staff, Excellent Maintenance!
March 24, 2017My husband and I have lived here in the Gables for about a year now. We've really loved our time here. The At Home Apartments staff has been super helpful and friendly. We really did feel right at home. I think the thing that sets these apartments apart from the rest is the high quality maintenance staff. Obviously, as a resident, one doesn't wish for things to break, but realistically, they do. Each time I put in a maintenance request, it was completed within at most two business days, with the ...majority of them being completed the exact same day I put the request in or perhaps the next day. This maintenance staff is really organized and knows what they're doing! They have even given tips on how to prevent future incidents. Overall, I would highly recommend At Home Apartments for those who are looking to be in the heart of an up and coming neighborhood with tons of cute shops and restaurants nearby. I will say that renting with At Home Apartments isn't inexpensive, but it is reasonable. The apartments are very nice and updated and conveniently located.
