It’s been better in recent years. I’ll tell you one thing don’t do your laundry here ??lol someone will steal it and your whole Landry basket and you can’t do anything about it. No cameras or nothing. So unless you stand in there with a bat in hand don’t do it it’s just not worth it. I talk to management about it and they don’t care. Other than that though it’s an ok place to live. Rent getting a little high though.

Everything is great. Always quiet, neighbors are friendly. Pool area is always clean. Entire complex is nice. Maintenance team is always available when needed. Management is also very friendly.

Rent is getting a little high and the bugs are getting out of control. Loving here for about two years so it’s been good but I don’t know how long that will last. The staff is very friendly though sometimes.

It's a very quiet and safe place.
It's located very close to downtown.
The safe neighborhood.
I like the area.
It has many restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational areas around it, as well as a very beautiful environment surrounded by natural and convivial areas.

If y’all would update the amenities, it would be a 5 Star Pl. to live especially the amenities in apartment, 604 meaning the stove as it looks like it’s from the 80s and the burners are lopsided on it

It’s a pretty good place overall but there is a big problem that needs to be addressed. I’ve tried to contacts them multiple times but in the end needed to do my own pest control. If the rent remains the same it will be an alright place.

The location is central which makes it easy to access the interstate. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The apartments themselves could use some updates. Laundry room could be updated majority of the machines don’t work. The exercise room/apartment equipment is extremely out of date and majority of the equipment dosent work.
