August 12, 2025Rent is getting a little high and the bugs are getting out of control. Loving here for about two years so it’s been good but I don’t know how long that will last. The staff is very friendly though sometimes.Property Manager Responded

July 23, 2025It's a very quiet and safe place. It's located very close to downtown. The safe neighborhood. I like the area. June 22, 2025It’s a pretty good place overall but there is a big problem that needs to be addressed. I’ve tried to contacts them multiple times but in the end needed to do my own pest control. If the rent remains the same it will be an alright place.Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2025The location is central which makes it easy to access the interstate. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. The apartments themselves could use some updates. Laundry room could be updated majority of the machines don’t work. The exercise room/apartment equipment is extremely out of date and majority of the equipment dosent work.Property Manager Responded
