Very disappointed. They’ll show you a renovated apartment then they’ll move you into an old outdated apartment unit. I moved in to a dirty apartment full of cat hair which I’m allergic to. Cat hair was inside the oven, in the vents, door frames, all over the ac unit as well. There was cat pee on top of the fridge. I couldn’t stay in the apartment for the first days until it was clean. When I moved out I cleaned the carpets and left the apartment cleaner than I found it in yet I still got charged ...
for cleaning and I didn’t get my full deposit back. The dishwasher was always breaking and they would just take parts from a dishwasher in an unoccupied apartment to fix it so the dishwasher kept breaking. They’re quick to charge you when you move in but it will take them more than a month to give you back your security deposit which you will not get in full no matter what. Avoid these apartments if you can because they’re only out for your money.
