The Grand in Starkville does a poor job of maintaining amenities especially since they are paid for. The water bill comes out at the most inconvenient times and late fees are always add even though residents are not at fault for missed or late payments.

Everything is great but management. When you need something they really aren't accommodating. The pool is dirty and the hot tube you cant even get in. The gates also dont close.

so far my experience is being a resident has been absolutely amazing. I have no complaints. They help me out whenever I need something whether it’s roommate problem trying to get someone off the lease or anything. They’ve been amazing.

Move in day was smooth minus the doors not working properly. I haven’t had any issues with my room. No real issues with the move-in. I had some issues with my key but it was fixed.
