The Grande Condo in DT Orlando

The Grande is a very nice condominium located in downtown Orlando, few blocks from Lake Eola, walking distance to many nice restaurantes and just across Dr Phillips Center for the Arts. Good maintenance, beautiful pool area, on site management, safe and secured by gates and nightly manned security. Condos are very pretty with washer and dryer inside, most of them has balconies and the best is parking in same floor as the unit. Am a happy renter for last 2 years.

The Good:
This unit is comfortable and just the right size for a single person wanting to live in downtown Orlando. Walk score gives this location a 56/100, which personally I feel is a bit low. This particular unit does not share any walls with neighbors - which is definitely a bonus. Also, this unit gets a good amount of light, but no direct sunlight through the windows - which is actually pretty great for energy costs.

Parking is a bit of a pain, but honestly probably better than other condo developments in downtown Orlando.
