Renters Reviews and Ratings
Poor quality , NOT luxury
May 12, 2025This apartment is very poorly built. The floors are sloped and the ceiling/floor and walls are thin.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Build Quality for "Luxury"
September 21, 2024Not sure how the rating for this apartment is so high when there's another one star review already. If you read the other review, you'll notice that the Property Manager did not respond to the issue with uneven flooring. The build quality is extremely cheap and does not reflect the "luxury" apartment advertised. Extremely poor quality for the cost of rent. Feel free to tour the property and see for yourself how uneven the floors are. You can see how the builders did not care with small details ...if you notice how messy caulk jobs are or how the different paint colors in the bathroom mix into each other or how lopsided some outlets/light switches were installed. The Property Manager claims that "when it is a new building, there are many items that still need refinement, and for those reasons, we do not and did not charge rent during that period (in some cases as much as for three months)." in regards to the construction/refinement but that must have been a special case because we did not receive such a concession. Bottom line: There were many small details skipped over during the build process that have added up to a cheap feeling apartment. Not worth the amount of rent advertised.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

All smoke and mirrors
November 12, 2023Moved in our brand new “luxury” apartment two weeks ago and within hours we noticed that the floor was sensibly uneven pretty much everywhere, up to the point where opening the door of washer/dryer room scratches the floor. The maintenance guy who came to check the situation within minutes tell us: ”yeah this was a poorly done job, there’s not much I can do about it…” and leaves. Management has been unresponsive about it. On top of that, the dish washer has not been connected so we haven’t been ...able to use it. The faucet of the tub in the main bathroom also broke in this short amount of time, reinforcing the idea that the quality of the construction is not of the highest kind. Also worth mentioning that some of the apartments in the complex have not been finished yet, so there are workers coming in and out at all times and leaving doors open to make it more convenient to carry stuff around, so if you were intrigued by safety of the remote controlled door, think twice. The gate of the garage also at times doesn’t close or is left intentionally open, which is basically the equivalent of parking your car on the street. Conclusion: the high prices definitely do not reflect in the quality of living advertised.Property Manager Responded
March 6, 2024We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We understand that moving into a new apartment should be a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we regret that your experience has been less than satisfactory. However, when it is a new building, there are many items that still need refinement, and for those reasons, we do not and did not charge rent during that period (in some cases as much as for three months). Additionally, we addressed the issues raised promptly and security concerns only related to the many move-in tenants that left the door open. Since then, we have also made significant improvements. We have appointed a new on-site maintenance manager to ensure that maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, as well as a new manager. Additionally, we have taken steps to enhance security measures and address safety concerns, including ensuring that all doors are equipped with door closers. Please know that we are here to address any ongoing concerns you ...may have. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will continue to work hard to provide you with the high-quality living experience you deserve.
