December 21, 2024This complex isn’t in the best neighborhood, there are pros and cons. There is only one entrance/exit to this complex and it takes you to a main road that’s almost always busy. You’re unable to turn left when leaving the complex so you always have to drive down the road to do a U-turn. The pool is green and an apartment complex is being built right next to Greens so it can be noisy. There’s also a school right across the stress so most days around 4pm it’s bumper to bumper traffic for about 2 ...hours.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t live here unless you hate yourself
January 12, 2022The property manager, Maria, is rude. There were bugs when I visited and they said they’d have someone come “complimentary just this once” before I moved in which DID NOT HAPPEN and then I found out from the previous tenant that this is an ongoing issue. I’m talking roaches everywhere coming out the walls, the sockets, the faucets, DISGUSTING. Dishwasher sucks. Garbage disposal breaks AT LEAST once a month. And if you’re looking for a quiet place to live, look elsewhere. Wish I’d never signed a ...lease.
