August 22, 2023Horrible experience with this property and management company, i should have known when i moved into the unit with multiple things broken, paint chipping on cabinets, white paint splatters everywhere on the carpet and bathroom mirror and my AC breaking within 2 days of moving in. The pool was closed due to failed health inspections, and the gate was and always will be broken. The grounds are disgusting there is garbage and dog waste everywhere. There is no sense of security with no fence around ...the perimeter, no working gates for cars... right outside the front dumpster and back walking path to the lake there are multiple homeless people camping out and leaving all of their things.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
