  • Overpriced, unsanitary, poor management

    We have had numerous issues with the toilet leaking. The unit above us has a leaking toilet that is dripping through the bathroom vent. They will not respond to a work order so you have to call and report a maintenance emergency for them to do anything. Rent is going up by $100 for a property that is mediocre at best and disgusting in most places. The high square footage is not worth it, go with another similarly priced apartment in Lakewood/Denver to not live in filth.

    Management has been extremely spotty was told I would receive a call back yesterday 12/7/2023 because they’re system was down 12/8/2023 still waiting for that call back system must have died and they’re installing a new one or something because 24 hours later no call back they won’t come fix stuff when they say they will and management is a bunch of toddlers who own apartments at least my toddler will take ownership for stuff he’s done they won’t even do that

    My family and I moved here from another state, after many consults with realtors, property management and apartment complexes we chose the Hamptons. The office staff were so helpful in this move and since then any minor issues for maintenance was handled immediately. The tennants are pleasant. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Thank you for making this last year such a welcoming experience for us!

    I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. Unless, you like hundreds of hidden fees that they cannot explain, endless maintenance requests, a horribly “renovated” unit, and if your home floods good luck. There are new leasing agents in the office every week, and they have no clue what their doing. Nothing about THEIR community is ever their problem.
