Overpriced, unsanitary, poor management
March 14, 2024We have had numerous issues with the toilet leaking. The unit above us has a leaking toilet that is dripping through the bathroom vent. They will not respond to a work order so you have to call and report a maintenance emergency for them to do anything. Rent is going up by $100 for a property that is mediocre at best and disgusting in most places. The high square footage is not worth it, go with another similarly priced apartment in Lakewood/Denver to not live in filth.Property Manager Responded

Management sucks
December 8, 2023Management has been extremely spotty was told I would receive a call back yesterday 12/7/2023 because they’re system was down 12/8/2023 still waiting for that call back system must have died and they’re installing a new one or something because 24 hours later no call back they won’t come fix stuff when they say they will and management is a bunch of toddlers who own apartments at least my toddler will take ownership for stuff he’s done they won’t even do thatProperty Manager Responded

Unless, you like hundreds of hidden fees that they cannot explain, endless maintenance requests, a horribly “renovated” unit, and if your home floods good luck.
