August 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.commaitence is horrible at following up with request both my bath tubs leaked for months straight non stop and when i turned my master bath on the water was black … i had to go to the office to get the maitence people to fix my ac while it was 100° outside and i had a 3 month old baby office never answers the phone after greystar became management it went down hill it was 10 stars when we had the old management

July 24, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments do NOT look like the pictures. The pictures are laughable. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking to lease here. There was always an infestation issue, like fleas in my carpet or roaches coming through the vents, or something breaking in the apartments. I was very clean and did not have a pet so I have no idea where they came from. If too many things were plugged into the wall my circuit would trip and everything would shut off. Your leasing agent should have explained which unit you were signing for and whether or not it was renovated. We are working on renovating all units, but please understand that renovation may take longer due to the fact the property is occupied with tenants.
