Well Maintained Community. Nice Staff
November 11, 2024I was impressed after my visit. The community is older however it is very well kept. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The ladies in the office are nice, Trinisha was helpful & knowledgeable during my visit. I am not looking to move until next year, but if this group of people are still here, I will for sure be back.Property Manager Responded

Great Location! Great Staff!
March 20, 2023I have read many reviews on this property, Both good & bad. I was skeptical at 1st but I decieded to check them out for myself. I have lived her for a while now and I must say this most recent team of folks at The Harlowe are good people They are helpful, understanding and they know what they are doing. I think the new maintenance supervisor Starlin is maybe one of the best supervisors they have had here. And Trinisha has been a joy to work with as well. My advice, Check out this community for ...yourself. I am serious about where I lay my head and I feel this was a good move thus far. The improvements are definitley noticed. Old apartments and terrible management
September 18, 2020I lived here for 1 year. The model unit is nothing like the actual units. We had 4 leaks, one of which caused us to leave the apartment for 5 days due to the mildew issues. The old manager worked to get issues resolved by prorating rent, but the new manager would not. The flooring laminate was terrible and they did not replace it until the last major flood. The only reason they repaired it was due to several apartments in my unit getting an issue. They have gone through several maintenance men ...all of which have not known how to fix issues. Do not live here
October 24, 2019This property is terrible. I lived there for 5 years and the complex had at lease 15 managers. We had regular water issues. I had 3 infants and my water was off for days at a time. Maintenance staff didn't know how to fix a toilet. Work orders were never completed. This place is a dump. I moved out and they left me with a $1,000 bill. Why? To fix that old 1970's apartment that had bad plumbing and dirty walls. Good luck if you move to this dump.Review from Apartments.com
Huge disappointment!
July 19, 2017NOTHING about this place is "luxury" as the sign proclaims. The renovated units are simply just paint over (and a poor job) from the original with added light fixtures. No exhaust in the bathrooms....no linen closet....old washer and dryers and an outdated air conditioner unit to name a FEW things. The model will fool you because each unit does not get THAT much attention to details. I recommend anyone considering to move here weigh your options elsewhere!Review from Apartments.com
Horrible experience
July 11, 2017Please hire new staff and maintenance ASAP I am begging you because they are rude don't return your phone call and the work never gets done also maintenance is rude and has a terrible attitude. 13 Reasons Why (You SHOULD NOT move here)
July 3, 20171. Water is FREQUENTLY shut off. (Even just to fix one toilet...boom! Nobody has water. Once water was off from 1030 AM to 1 AM. Grrrrr.) Oh, and your bill is all over the place and despite switching water companies they still, to this date CANNOT get it together! 2. Office staff are not as helpful as they make themselves to be. 3. Parking is a NIGHTMARE. 4. No one cleans up after their pets. 5. Slow draining pipes. 6. Old HVAC systems. 7. "Community Rules" aren't enforced. 8. Office can never ...find your packages until you go back there to help them. 9. There were known mice infestations! 10. The $50 montly connection fee is a joke! Claim HBO is included yet I still have to pay for it, and my two DTA boxes. You have to pay for TWC to come fix your line in your "cable ready" apartment. 11. PEST control is a joke. Spiders, silverfish, ants, need I say more? They only come out on fridays and if you have an issue before then tough luck. 12. Garbage. The dumpster is always full, disgusting, and spilling out. It is quite the gross eyesore as it is right at the entrance to the complex. 13. You don't want to deal with any of the first 12 issues. Oh how I wish I could upload the pics of my "ready" apartment and proof of my listed grievances! They would have you running away yet gawking in disapproval. Water never works
June 19, 2017Don't move here. It's a dump. The water is cut off regularly and they claim they are fixing a water main break. There's no water 2-4 times per week. Save your money and the headache....avoid at all costs.Review from Apartments.com
