I am in the process of relocating to Garland, TX, and I was highly recommended to visit The Harlow. From my first contact, Ms. Edmunds, the Manager, was incredibly patient and accommodating. She took her time to answer all my questions, provided comprehensive resources to assist with my move, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. During my tour, I was impressed by the community’s beautiful appearance and cleanliness. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and ...
clubhouse, are modern and inviting, making it a great place to call home. The staff at The Harlow are friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere. After touring several properties, I decided on The Harlow because of Ms. Edmunds’ exceptional assistance and the overall quality of the community. I am confident that I’ve found a place that offers both comfort and excellent management. I highly recommend The Harlow to anyone seeking a top-tier apartment community in Garland!

This Apartment complex has the greatest property manger I have ever come in contact with she is smart, efficient, and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the property and helps each tenant with every problem. If it wasn't for other factors she alone would make this a 5 star property.

Great Property and Love the Activities

If you think you know Montclair Estates, think again. I was really impressed with the renovation and new upgrades they are doing at Montclair. I saw their activity calendar and they added Karaoke, Price Is Right game and a White Party in June. I think the staff is really nice too, feels like home.
