July 10,2019 it is currently 86 degrees in my apartment because Millennial has neglected to fix the central air. They are only band-aiding residents with window units and portable air units that is not enough TO COOL AN ENTIRE APARTMENT. You literally have to sit directly in front of it in order to stay cool. They advertise air conditioning on rental websites but neglected to actually provide it. We were advised by the regional manager 2 weeks ago that they’ve accepted a bid to get the system ...

fix which I’m starting to believe was a lie because here we are still with no air. Of course it was right before rent was due so it’s clear they tell you whatever to get you to pay your rent and pacify you. I will be going back to Texas Tenant Union and contacting code enforcement. My lease is not up for another 60 days and it’s only going to get hotter in Texas.
