Super convenient to airport, both cities of Minneapolis and St Paul, major roads, any kind of shopping or service providers. Staff is great! Special shout out to Juliana! December 13, 2023This is an awesome 55+ apartment. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are great!!! Excellent views, and we loved our own gas grill on the balcony. Great residents, and lots of activities if you choose to participate. You can’t beat the location either, so close to everything. February 6, 2023We loved our apartment at The Heights at Mendota. Not only was it perfectly located close to the airport, but the dog park and walking trails were so convenient. Juliana (!!!) and the leasing staff were always so kind, helpful, and great at communicating. We used the guest suite for visitors a couple times and it was such a great amenity! If I could live here forever, I would
January 27, 2023I lived here for one year due to moving around- but I will say this has been my favorite place to live. Period. Julia, the office manager is a sweet heart and extremely helpful. The location is amazing, so close to anywhere you could possibly commute. It’s clean, the apartments are gorgeous, and you feel like you’re part of a community.
