Worst Facility
December 5, 2024Throughout my stay at the hub it has been nothing but the worst, first off management is rude, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. The halls have a very bad odour, there is homeless sleeping in the building cops are always there constantly.Review from Apartments.com
Outstanding complex
June 15, 2024I have now resides at The Hub for a year and have signed to remain here for another year. Having lived in various states and various areas of Northern Nevada, The Hub is clean, secure, safe, and well kept up by the owners and management. Many amenities and on site storage facilities that are reasonable to purchase. Rents are reasonable , decent fitness center, nice patio areas, spacious units regardless of size, bike lock area, dog wash room, and much more. If you need something taken care ...of, management is quite responsive and always polite and helpful. Comfortable modern living in Sparks
October 25, 2022The Hub @ Oddie is by far the best bet if you are wanting to move into a new modern apartment in the area. The rooms have just been renovated and come with nice modern appliances. The property managers have been very responsive to any questions and have been super kind. The secure access via key FOB is also worth mentioning as this was a big selling point for me.Review from Apartments.com
