Terrible management
November 17, 2025The property management has been a nightmare the entire time I have lived here. There’s been multiple instances of maintenance entering my apartment without notice for non emergency situations. Management is usually unresponsive. Most recently they added a bunch of fees to my ledger in error and have refused to take them off until after I pay them with the rest of the rent because their portal doesn’t allow you to pay any less than the full amount due. July 2, 2024I moved in May 2024 and I have had nothing but BAD EXPERIENCES in the last month!! Upon moving in, I was told that the pool would be open by mid June because of being short staffed. It is now July and still no pool... I lived here for one week and TWICE a leasing agent walked into my apartment for no reason- once on Memorial Day when the leasing office was closed and the following Sunday, again when the office was closed. When I asked the office about this, they told me that this was NOT an ...employee. ( I later found out that it was) So I was scared to sleep there for the first week, because I thought someone was trying to break in. Then I soon realized that my dishwasher was not installed, It was simply placed in the hole in the kitchen. I had to pay someone to install it. About 2 week after moving in, I realized that my AC was running nonstop and not getting cold. I put in a maintenance request and about 10 days later a maintenance man showed up and stayed for 2.5 hours. I thought that my problem was fixed, but it had just begun... As soon as I got home, I turned on the AC only to find that my HEAT was now on when I turned on AC!!! I called the office right away and I was told that no one had been in my apartment. I have cameras so I saw the maintenance man in my apartment!! I have now called the office more than 4x and emailed 3x. NO ONE WILL HELP ME AND ITS OVER 100 degrees in my apartment!! I am beyond upset. I finally bought an AC unit to put in my bedroom just so I can sleep at night. THESE PEOPLE JUST SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I am in the medical field and I rarely complain,but I have never seen such incompetence!! i call almost daily now, and I get no response from anyone in the leasing office.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beware
October 4, 2023First impressions tells you everything, and if you forget the second impression is there to remind you. Kenan answered one email with generic details and answered a couple of questions. My wife sent 3 follow up emails looking for information and it was radio silence (no one reply or acknowledgment). My buddy was going to Denver the following week and offered to check the place out. Here's the second impression. You will see pictures online of these apartments all updated and honestly pretty ...nice. INFACT that's not the case. They brought my buddy into an apartment that was right out of the late 80's. Kitchen cabinets were brown (that old dingy brown), draws wouldn't open/close without effort, old medicine cabinets in the bathroom with a bunch of rust, sliders that didn't close tight, and to top it off the unit AC didn't work. Moldy units
January 2, 2023Do not i repeat do not lease at this place. Units have mold and they will tell you it’s not and try to blame it on you. Horrible management and horrible maintenance. Here’s a picture of what to expect. they came to wipe down with bleach and was told the problem was solved. Tried braking my lease and the so called “assistant manager” gave me a quote to end it and never once asked the reason to do it as if he was just trying to get rid of me, when i started addressing my concerns he told me i ...should have been more persistent (after letting them know 4 times) he rolled his eyes at me the entire conversAtion and had a smirk on his face the entire time and literally made feel like he could care less about my concern or anything i had to say for that matter. A few weeks ago i got a notice that they were entering the units to inspect the fire alarms, i have a camera in my unit that detects movement, no one ever entered my unit to inspect which leads me to believe that they lied on their inspection paperwork. No one has ever cleaned out the vents, maintenance takes at least 2-3 weeks. There are better places out there do not waste your time here. September 6, 2022Renovated apartments are cute & roomy. Only complaint is that if you need a repair or anything from the front office, you have to constantly check in. In my case, it was an appliance so for two months, I just didn’t have a working appliance. Very annoying!Property Manager Responded

June 1, 2022I absolutely love living here at the Huntington. I have children and a dog and I feel that with how large the apartment is, we aren’t constantly on top of each other. The apartment is very nice and well kept! I feel so safe knowing that you need parking permits and not just anyone can hang around the complex. My neighbors are great and everyone just kinda does their own thing and no one is in your business. This apartment complex is a great location! I am near grocery stores, malls, gas stations, ...food, etc. It is also near an awesome green belt where I am easily able to walk my dog and there is a park close by where I can take my kids to.
