Charming building, cozy apartments, terrazzo floors in the entry and in the bathrooms...original from the 30s along with big closets and vintage vintage inspired kitchens.Underground secure parking, laundry, and a view of the country club. Walking distance to Larchmont Village and easy access to main Hollywood roads, the freeways, and just a stone's throw from Paramount Studios.
