Comfortable quite living
August 4, 2015By far, this is the quietest building and neighborhood that I have ever resided.The apartment bedrooms, kitchen area, closets are very huge and spacious with hardwood living room floors and large laundry room. We have resident management staff on the premises also, who do an excellent job at maintaining the building, it's very metro accessible,pet friendly and I highly recommend this building to anyone interested in living in the nations capital.Review from Apartments.com
good size living space good price.
July 29, 2015I live in a one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor in my building & my rent is $1100, no utilities included(which is on the cheaper end for this area). The bedroom is a little small, but still a decent size, it comfortably fits 2 dressers & a queen size bed. There are 2 balconies (one which is in the bedroom) although one (bedroom) is more so just decoration as there is no door leading to it, just a window. On the other hand the real balcony of course isn't huge, but has space for a grill and a ...couple chairs . The hallway shaped bathroom has a shower/tub, eco efficient toilet & a really big mirror, but no counter space just the sink. The kitchen is small as well, & there isn't tons of counter space. It's impossible to open any 2 appliances at the same time (I.e dishwasher & oven) but is still workable. The appliances are fairly new. As far as the living room, it's pretty big, especially in comparison to how small everything else is. There is plenty of room for a full couch/loveseat set. Other things I like are that this is a locked building so not just anybody can walk in, and even though there are only 4 floors there are 2 different set of stairs you can take as well as an elevator, and the location , and there are tons of stores, restaurants, and bars in walking/biking distance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
