Condos leak and they never fix them

I’ve lived here almost 7 yrs on the 1st floor. my condo leaks in the kitchen an bathroom and has done so EVERY year and sometimes twice a yr. mgmt does nothing! And the upstairs neighbors blame each other. No one ever fixes anything!! Don’t buy a condo here!!
