Recently the property changed hands and they setup a new portal. They didn't automatically port over the tenant details. My auto-debit for the rent from my bank on first of every month was setup on the old portal. I was out of town for a couple of weeks and when I came back I realized I was late on rent. Reason: I had to set up the payment details again on the new portal for the new management. Not my fault. I had to pay a 10% late fee on the rent. My pleas to see my good rental history and to ...
waive the late fees as a goodwill gesture fell on deaf ears. Absolutely no customer service. A rip-off.

This is a beautiful community. Tawny is a great help, she is very kind and gives good information about the community. The units are very nice here, it’s in a great area next to a shopping center, bus stops, and close to the elementary schools! Quiet neighborhood. Great experience so far :)
