March 22, 2021I recommend anywhere else to live! Horrid management, horrid is an understatement. Grounds keepers are nonexistent!! The walk ways are not shoveled and salted in time, watched 3 people slip and fall on an icy morning. The appliances are old and not great. Not helpful, not an ounce of personality in their team and they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING.Review from Apartments.com
Office Staff Disappointing
June 6, 2017Maintenance is good. They are courteous and helpful. Not so much for the office staff. They are frequently rude and condescending. Also, I lived there several years and they tried keeping my deposit based on some defect in the carpet. I'm pretty sure most management companies replace the carpet anyhow after a long term resident moves out. The Landings wants you to pay for it on the way out. Crime is minimal but there have been some break-ins in the past year. A little too close to The Arbors. ...They really need a security fence.Property Manager Responded

August 22, 2015If something broke it was fixed the next workday. The interior could be updated. Overall good place. Don't expect management to work with you if you're needed to break your lease early even for an emergency.Review from Apartments.com
