Not a luxury building

113 Nassau is billed as a luxury building but unfortunately is not. It is new and has had many teething problems such as elevators frequently out of service. In addition there have been issues with smells in people's apartments. It is also in the middle of a building site and the rooftop for which people pay $500 /year access to is dirty and not cleaned despite all the construction (and missing rooftop views). The final piece is that many of the doormen have not had appropriate training so do ...

not even open the doors and some act more as security staff than doormen. For the price that 113 Nassau charges I have been exceptionally disappointed with the lack of value I have received.
