Roach problem

Just moved in not too long ago , don’t like the small closet spaces and I seen roaches coming out the vents , i bombed the house put down some gel and motels , the exterminator so called came and sprayed, I was not home , but the house is still infested with roaches and I haven’t even moved anything in the apartment yet, I Will give an update if anything changes . The leasing office do answer the phone and seem very concern when you call with a complaint.

property is very affordable, staff is nothing short of awesome. everything about the apartments are fine. the neighborhood ,however, has sketchy people. over one year I've had three attempted breakins to my car and cops have been here several times.maintenance also takes a month or so. but as far as the management everything is good.

They go through front office staff often. They will not answer phone calls during business hours or return calls when you leave a message. When they do answer they are rude. You may even visit the office during businesses hours and no one will be there. Mold is a problem affecting the windows and some of the walls. The breezeway also has mold. Staircases are raged so you must watch your step. Ice/snow will not be salted in the winter months, so be careful with that too.
