Terrible communication - don't bother

I had a tour scheduled for 2pm today and had multiple confirmation messages, but Victoria, the leasing agent, never showed. I could not get a hold of them on the phone and they kept telling me to wait until 2:25 and then tried to reschedule. Very disrespectful, so don't waste your time.

Honestly the most safe I’ve ever felt at an apartment. Everything being nearby is super convenient and I think the price is very fair for what you get. Also Megan made the move in process super easy! So grateful for her and this apartment.

I have lived in my apartment for over 6 years. Over that time many companies have managed this community. The Life Properties have put those companies to shame. Communication is exceptional. The buildings look like new. Better lighting on the interior and exterior of the community has made this 73 year old man feel safer regardless of time or location. Am I satisfied? Absolutely!

So far so good, I just moved in about a month ago. Love my apartment. The hallway carpeting could use a shampoo for sure as it smells like dog urine. But the price is right, along with cable and Wi-Fi. Megan’s fantastic (the property manager).

These apartments are what you’d expect at this price point, although more spacious than many built then. Overall very clean and the only annoying things were age and neighbor related- some people will be rude and loud, that’s just life. They were built in the 70s, I think, so overhead lighting and plentiful electric outlets weren’t real things then. Washer dryer hookups weren’t either, and I’d have loved to have them, but even the creepy basement laundry was better than hiking across a parking ...

lot to a separate facility! Always felt safe and the snow plowing was always done when I had to get up to go to work at 3am Work transferred me to a bigger city, (where trust me apartments of this size and cleanliness don’t exist near the airport at this price point) so I was forced to terminate my lease early. Megan in the leasing office worked with me and helped negotiate a clean ending, with my rental certificate intact and hopefully someone will get my unit who needs it soon, so no harm done to their business model either! Megan’s kindness and prompt attention to everything we needed to do eases a transfer and expedited a move that could have been a whole lot worse. She’s the best asset this place has! Somebody give her a raise! And someone else go fix those wonky steps to the outside doors. Is it a Wisconsin thing to have steps of unlevel, uneven height and no handrails? Everything else was good, and Megan was great.
