Beautiful views, nice pool

I love my view. I’ve lived here 3 months and maintenance is quick and helpful with all minor repair work that has come up so far but overall I’m pleased with my unit. The pool is great and the community is pretty quiet and feels safe. There’s beautiful places to walk all around and this is the first apartment in chattanooga I’ve stayed in that I have had no major complaints with. Great privacy and well maintained grounds.

Lovely property with excellent maintenance. We got a remodeled 2 bed and it has been awesome! Our neighbors are nice and the view is wonderful. The pool while open was very well kept. Whenever we've had issues, maintenance has fixed them ASAP!

I've lived here for a little over a year with my three kids and husband.
The bedroom townhomes are spacious on each level and unique with the spiral staircases going up.
Have had very minimal issues none with the staff personally but with the company that deals with the renters insurance. Their pet policy is fair and they don't restrict breeds just by size. Pet deposit is not as large as most places either neither is the deposit. The laundry area is kept up with well and you don't need coins ...
or cash to use it it goes through a company you can use an app for which is convenient as well.
Always a nice breeze and it's mostly quiet outside except for Fridays you can hear the football games from red bank high school and the band which I don't mind at all.
No real issues with bugs and everytime I have had an issue maintenance is usually out same day . Rob is very nice to my kids and my dog. Even on our walks my kids see him and wave and he's just so nice! We love it here and don't plan to leave any time soon

Our last apartment was a nightmare, but living here has been a dream! The apartments are upgraded and in great condition and maintenance is done timely and professionally. Rent payments couldn’t be easier, and parking and the pool are well maintained!! We’ve absolute loved living here and couldn’t be happier.

We recently moved into our links apartment. Within the first few days, we had some minor inconveniences. However, the maintenance corrected these problems immediately. The same day if not a few hours. The community is quiet and peaceful! Could not recommend checking this place out more!!!

Newly renovated apartments with great pricing. Anything that we’ve needed help with that requires maintenance has been fixed in less than a day or two. Quiet place to live, and nobody bothers us.

I moved in with my sister in May of this year and signed on to there lease. The manager was very accommodating with getting me signed on. Also the views here at this complex are awesome and the landscaping is always spot on. The pool was a God send this summer when it was so hot and the pool was always clean and ready. I would recommend the Links apartments to anyone

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE

From that start this spring my wife and I immediately experienced issues. The unit was NOT cleaned before we moved in whatsoever. That carpets were so dirty and caked with animal hair and human hair it took me 3 days with a carpet shampooed to get them somewhat clean and to get rid of the odor of cigarettes and marijuana. They were so dirty in fact that your feet would be black in the bottom if you walked around with out socks. Shortly after move in we saw our first roach. Then we saw more and ...
more and more and still see them to this day after bombing the apartment, treating the carpets and professional pest control coming out. The shower above us has leaked long and so many times the ceiling putty started to fall off and now theres black mold growing on the ceiling and wall. The maintenance man is a 1 man show that has to take care of multiple properties and is spread so thing sometimes things never even get fixed. Not his problem though, the management is poor at best and extremely rude. Theres also a huge hole in the dry wall behind the stove that's been covered with a piece of ply wood and 4 screws with gaps all around it which is probably where the bugs come from but I was told my corporate they "were not worried about it." Luckily were leaving January 31st and we couldnt be happier. My wife's car has been broken into twice and backed into once causing $3000 worth if damage and the fake cameras obviously didnt help me. If you're moving into unit 61, be prepared to also deal with nosey neighbors and all the noise you can stand. Do yourself a favor and dont live here.

I love this community and neighborhood. The place is surrounded by mountains and flowers and the property is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The staff is great and friendly. They work hard to help and you can always see them walking around and talking to residents. I feel safe here and plan to stay. The only issue I can say is that my patio cement is pretty damaged and does not look great.
