Unparalleled views, but some details overlooked
August 10, 2015The building is a commodity in the lower east side - it's the only modern high rise. Because of this, management knows they can get away with charging sky high rents while also cutting a few corners (ie not top quality fixtures etc.). But other than the smallest details, the building really is amazing, and there's nothing else like it.Review from Apartments.com
