Terrible.

The manager Donna is fake and cliquey. They do not fix anything in a timely fashion. There is mice and they refuse to acknowledge it. The dryer, dish washer, and disposal were all broken when I moved in and it took them a month and a half to fix it all. The hot water only lasts about 20 minutes.

I've lived at Greensview for almost 4 years and it's great. Everything from the layout to the management and maintenance has made me feel very blessed to call this place home. They were offering an AMAZING move in special when I decided to rent here, and while my rent has gone up every year, the management has worked with me to keep it affordable for me. One of my favorite things about my apartment is the FULL SIZE washer and dryer, you don't see that to often for this price. Not to mention the ...
fireplace :) Great in the winter time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking in the Everett area.
