So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as a Resident at The Madison. The staff are great, the building is fantastic and well maintained and has been an all around great experience

We're only one week in but already loving it here! The building and community areas are gorgeous and super well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Melissa was fantastic throughout the leasing process and she hosts really fun and thoughtful events for residents. Maintenance is quick to fix anything needed. Feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the West Loop!

3.5 - great building, the only con is reeking of weed in a non-smoking building even after multiple emails advising fines for smoking. Otherwise friendly staff and attentive Maintenace crew.

Rent prices are getting out of control for what is given. The maintenance staff and a couple of the front desk ladies are the best part about living here.
