Clean, professional, and amazing location. This is an amazing starter place for first time living in Chicago. Staff is super nice, especially the front desk staff! It’s a quiet community, lots of families and dogs.

We're only one week in but already loving it here! The building and community areas are gorgeous and super well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Melissa was fantastic throughout the leasing process and she hosts really fun and thoughtful events for residents. Maintenance is quick to fix anything needed. Feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the West Loop!

3.5 - great building, the only con is reeking of weed in a non-smoking building even after multiple emails advising fines for smoking. Otherwise friendly staff and attentive Maintenace crew.

Love the building and the people we have met. The process of signing out lease was a bit more drawn out than expected, but the management team was always accomodating along the way. Excited to settle into the building more!

I’ve lived here for a few weeks now and love it! The staff and people who live here are very nice. The area in which we are located is also fantastic - bars, restaurants, shops all within a close walking distance.

The dog run is by far the best part of living here—always a safe and clean area. The pool is fantastic too and the location unmatched. Maintenance is friendly, helpful, and dog friendly (making it easy to feel comfortable with them entering your place for repairs while you’re away at work and your “guard dog” is at home).
