Es de lo peor para vivir, en serio cualquier opcion de renta es mejor que esto, no tienen etica professional, deberian poner personal capacitado en las oficinas, no les interesa nada, los precios ajustados en el contrato no se respetan, todos los meses suben y no se sabe ni de donde te lo cobran

None of your maintenance issues will get solved which is very frustrating. You will be ignored if you have an issue. They will say you are next everyday and still nothing. Only one garbage and it is located in the far back of the apartments and not walking distance for everyone. Rent continuously getting higher.

this is my first apartment, and by first glance it looks like a really nice one. once into my lease (only 5 months in currently) the air has been out, the power has been out twice, the “hardwood floor” has been lifting, my refrigerator has been out three times and i’ve had to replace groceries each time and my refrigerator is just now being fixed. on top of that, the refrigerator that replaced the old one is extremely dirty and i had to clean out someone else’s dirt. you’re not guaranteed one ...
park, parking is first come first serve. maintenance is very hard to get a hold of as well.
