The Marconi apartments have gone downhill. Since new management has taken over the property we have been infested with roaches and mice. I have mice scratching at my walls to get in and spent too much money on pest control. Water is always linking from different places in the apartment. Calls to the office and emergency maintenance are unanswered. When you final reach someone, the response to maintenance request go on for weeks if not months unanswered. Renters beware, the price is cheap for a ...

Fairly quiet community near an elementary school. Bus stop services two different bus lines that goes to two different metro stations. The pool area and the grounds are well maintained.

These are some nice apartments. They have the worst management team. The buildings never get cleaned the laundry rooms are always a mess. When you call for service it takes several days for a response unless its an emergency.

My Building is one of the perfect buildings on the complex, If you are looking for peace and quite this is the place to be has a beautiful over look of pool and such a nice dog park. some of the friendliest neighbors you want to have not a lot of traffic in the area.The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, this is a place where it feels like a vacation, that you would want your whole family to be.
