Renters Reviews and Ratings
Recent management resulted in decline in quality of amenities and response times
May 31, 2024Karya management took over approximately 2 years ago. Since then, the lights around the property have stopped working, the pool isn't maintained, the laundry has broken, and response times for maintenance requests have lengthened, while they continue to raise rents annually. In addition, there are pest issues that have not been resolved despite exterminator visits, and my a/c breaks down every year because they are using band-aid solutions instead of actually fixing it.Review from Apartments.com
