knowledgeable, patient and incredibly responsive. He made the whole process smooth and easy. The rest of the staff are also exceptional and always greet me by name. The other residents are friendly as well and I felt at home right when I moved in. The apartment itself was so clean and the appliances are high quality. The rooftop has amazing views of the city and Space Needle and the location is ideal. Close to great restaurants, shopping, parks and has a nice neighborhood vibe. It has been an incredibly positive experience from the initial tour to the move in and Im so glad I chose to live here. I highly recommend The Martin!

So thankful we found the Martin. We wanted (and received) high quality materials, air conditioning, a view, a large bedroom (fits both a Queen plus twin with room to walk) and a den. The concierge and leasing staff continue to be a delight, now 5 months into our stay. They bring free food trucks to our door every month! Maintenance is quick and efficient. We had a noise that was bothering us when we first arrived and they have solved that issue too! We really love Dyon for his persistence with ...
that one. Another thing we love is the secure parking garage. Weve lived downtown elsewhere where the parking was more open, so we are very appreciative that we feel safe and we can leave the occasional item in our car without fear of a break in. They also gave me a garden plot of my own in the roof so I can have fresh herbs and lettuce. Theres an automatic watering system for the gardens, another detail that the Martin anticipated and provided. I researched luxury downtown apartments very diligently and I couldnt be happier with my choice.
