Amazing Building!
October 11, 2020Lived here for 2 years with 2 roommates and loved it!!! The management is fantastic - live in super who is very quick to resolve any issues. High quality finishes that did not diminish in quality during my 2 years there. Very affordable annual amenity fee and almost always had amenities to myself when using. Elevators always arrive quickly and doormen are super friendly and responsible with packages, etc. The location is fantastic - walkable to almost anywhere in manhattan and very close to ...subways.
