Air conditioner never worked. 500$ worth of packages stolen Manager just tells you to have to have packages sent somewhere else. Bumb on heroin in the hallway. Manager tells you to call the police, when you call the police the police tell you to talk to the manager to Increase security.nothing gets resolved.
