I stumbled onto Railside Denver through Apartments.com while I was searching earlier this year for an apartment. When I pulled up to the property, I was happy with how new the property looked. The tour convinced me pretty quickly that this was where I wanted to be. Amenities are really nice, property is only a couple of years old. Nice apartments

I've lived here for about a year now and just renewed my lease. The biggest reason is the manager and maintenance. Any work order I've put in has been fixed within a day or two, and the office staff are really helpful. I like that its a secure building and not anybody can just walk in. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and I see the cleaning lady here a lot making sure the building stays clean. No apartment is perfect, there isn't a lot of guest parking but you can have them park at the ...
