Don't move here!
December 12, 2020Terrible management. They are messy, nosey, and conniving. They will tell you something and then go back on their word. They refuse to fix anything and majority of these houses have water and mold damage from the recent hurricanes. The out house under the carport has been full of mold since I moved there years ago and they swore it would be fix and never fixed it. Per the lease, your carpet is suppose to be cleaned/changed every so often and it never has.. Nice houses but they don't care about ...them. Could be a nice place to live if management and the home office in Hammond or the owners gave a shyt about it. The management in Hammond back up anything the landlord says so its no point in calling them. Move on! Keep looking!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
