We Love Living Here (The Melar, UWS NYC)
July 21, 2015The Melar is a real find in Manhattan, even if rent does run on the high end. Clean, modern, and with stellar service downstairs and all over the building, I'd recommend the Melar to anyone who wants to live in the neighborhood. Situated between Central and Riverside Parks, you can make it on the 1, 2, 3 without breaking a sweat. That is, of course, if the train comes quickly but still, you can't beat the convenience. Perfect!
July 21, 2015Fantastic building and location is superb (located directly above the 1, 2 and 3 lines). Doormen are friendly and always super helpful. Maintenance is done generally the same day. Gym and lounge are good and decent for the space. Another plus is that laundry is located on the 4th floor not in a basement. While the rent is fairly high it seems you pay for the convenience factor. We enjoy living in a smaller unit building and receive great daily care from the staff!Review from Apartments.com
