We are taking applications for the 2025-2026 school year! Dream of having your own New York Brownstone except in Columbia, Missouri with convenient parking available. The Menser Building is an upscale luxury boutique apartment for the sophisticated student. With privacy and exclusivity as our main focus, the building features only nine units for a total of 31 tenants. The newly remodeled Menser Building is on the Historic Register, combining old world charm with modern luxury. It is located in the heart of downtown Columbia and is walking distance from all three campuses, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, and banks.
