The Metropolitan has the best location in Downtown Bethesday - transportation, walking, grocery stores, shops, restaurants. Looking forward to the completed renovation of the building. It will be long in coming, but it is something to look forward to!

I have lived at the Metropolitan Apartments for two years and I continue to love it here. The most notable thing is how lovely and effective the members of the staff are. They are professional, kind, and take wonderful care of the building and the residents. The building is spotlessly clean all the time and maintenance issues are resolved instantly. The location is perfect - shops, transpotation, services, a free bus around town at our front door. So glad I picked it out of all the living options ...

We've lived at the Metropolitan for six years. Just began year seven. It feels like home. The location is the best in Bethesda - Metro, stores, etc. We're eager for see what the pending two-year renovation brings, and inspite of the upheaval to get that done, we are excited about it. The front desk staff are maintenance crew great. We look forward to better communication from the management with the many changes to come.

The community, leasing staff, and concierge staff members are all so kind, caring, and thoughtful. I've been a resident at the Metropolitan Apartments for more than 2 years. I'm as thrilled now as I was the day I moved in. It's a perfect location and the staff is fabulous - so kind, helpful and friendly. Maintenance for the minor issues I've had with my apartment has been instantaneous and quick. It's a very well maintained building and I am loving the neighborhood, especially the Metro which is 1 block away.

Love the location of the Metropolitan. Can't be beat for shopping and transportation. The Metropolitan building is not trendy like the new buildings in downtown Bethesda, but it is solid and comfortable. Would love it if there were more communication channels for the residents about updates and changes to the building. Inquiring minds want to know!
