The most notable thing is how lovely and effective the members of the staff are. They are professional, kind, and take wonderful care of the building and the residents. The building is spotlessly clean all the time and maintenance issues are resolved instantly. The location is perfect - shops, transpotation, services, a free bus around town at our front door. The location is the best in Bethesda - Metro, stores, etc. We're eager for see what the pending two-year renovation brings, and inspite of the upheaval to get that done, we are excited about it. The front desk staff are maintenance crew great. We look forward to better communication from the management with the many changes to come.

The Metropolitan building is not trendy like the new buildings in downtown Bethesda, but it is solid and comfortable.
