Having just moved in, I feel like I am joining a real community where people already seem to care about me and want to make sure that I’m okay. So far, I love it here! January 27, 2026I've been a resident at the Metropolitan Apartments for more than 2 years. I'm as thrilled now as I was the day I moved in. It's a perfect location and the staff is fabulous - so kind, helpful and friendly. Maintenance for the minor issues I've had with my apartment has been instantaneous and quick. It's a very well maintained building and I am loving the neighborhood, especially the Metro which is 1 block away.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025Love the location of the Metropolitan. Can't be beat for shopping and transportation. The Metropolitan building is not trendy like the new buildings in downtown Bethesda, but it is solid and comfortable. September 28, 2025Here is just one example of the excellent experience I have at the Metropolitan Apartments...my bedroom closet shelves collapsed one day. I called at about noon to request a maintenance visit. LIterally by the same time the next day, the kind, professional and lovely maintenance ellow had it back to perfect. September 7, 2025In my year long resident experience l have been pleasantly impressed by the whole living experience. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, maintenance crew is always prompt and professional, residents are always informed by every activity and changes in the daily routine. Plus, l am also a part of the Facebook community and are constantly entertained and informed on community notices, holidays, events and bargains. In addition, the safety and wellbeing of the residents is an important ...priority that gives the residents peace of mind as we go about our daily lives and activities. August 31, 2025Great staff, both friendly and helpful. Superb location to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Building and amenities are a bit dated and worn, but still very comfortable.
