I’ve had a pretty good experience living at Mirage Apartments in San Marcos. The location is convenient, especially for students, and the apartments are nice and comfortable. The staff has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed something taken care of. I also like the overall environment and amenities.

quite the bit of maintenance issue but the neighborhood is clean and quiet and I like the amenities I like the pool its really nice the staff is overall pretty nice

Nice apartment but have had to call maintenance at least once a week since moving here for pest control. Ants in kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom

I enjoy living at the mirage. Maintenance is a little off putting sometimes but other than that I enjoy all of the amenities. Also the way the seperate the packages is good because i’ve never lost a package before.

It’s good, other than the wasps. They definitely need to do more pest control. We’ve had maintenance come twice I think and neither time killed the wasps so we had to do it ourselves.

The mirage has kind staff but moving into the apartment was an experience. The unit was very dirty and the paint job was rushed as sloppy. I enjoy the quickness of the maintenance when an order is submitted. Overall the staff are nice but the cleaning before move in was needed.

My walls are already pealing overall the buildings itself are nice. I just wish the big roaches weren’t so bad. I like how the shuttle stop is convient.
