I don’t like the random bugs. The random bugs make me sad. If I’m having a good day and I go to my room and I see a bug it makes me have a sad day. Because I saw a bug. And they make me sad.

The community is nice and Amenities are good. It can be loud at night, like most students housing areas, and the extra fees besides base rent make up a good chunk of change.

I’ve had the best experience in my 2 years of living here, that I renewed again for another year. The staff are amazing and really helpful. Maintenance is really good, they are really quick and efficient.

so far so good, staff is really attentive and maintenance requests get done pretty quickly. the only “issue” would be the gates don’t work more often than they do work but i don’t really mind
