January 8, 2026I feel like just anyone lives here and alot of the people don't care about the community leaving the hall ways dirty or just being loud especially late at night or early in the morning. I see the maintenance guys drive around in go karts but I don't ever really see them fixing any of the issues around these places.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2025honestly if you like having your vehicles hit by kids throwing rocks and sticks if you like, living somewhere where nobody has any respect for your property if you’d like to live somewhere where they steal your stuff or if you’d like to live some where that is just rodent and bug infested or the best one yet if you want to move somewhere that 2-3 maybe even 4 years of living thier you start to ask for things to start being handled on the property and they out of the blue want to say you $xxx ...amount of dollars then yea come on and move in at the Montecito apartmentsProperty Manager Responded
