The newly upgraded apartment homes feature hard surface floors, custom tile backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, keyless entry, open floor plans and balconies in select units and Downtown harbor views in select apartments. The Noble is situated within walking distance to all the Golden Hill and Downtown activities including shopping, entertainment, bars, cafes, fantastic restaurants, and nearby grocery outlets. It is also conveniently located to major freeways, Balboa Park, and San Diego’s beaches. The Noble’s unrivaled location puts the best of San Diego at your door. • Price shown is base rent, does not include non-optional fees and utilities • A monthly pest control fee may apply. • Parking, if available, is $50 to $75 per month for 1 assigned parking spot depending on whether behind the gate or not.
