Horrible place to live
September 3, 2023This place is horrible, probably the worst rental property experience you ever encounter, noisy, neighbors, loud music, garbage laying all over, and you will have to deal with one of the worst management, companies in existence, how this company screws people, and takes advantage of them is beyond me, I will never rent from another complex that is run by this management company.Review from Apartments.com

June 11, 2023Rents are constantly being raised to ridiculous amounts at one time , all kinds of fees here , their renters insurance that dosnt cover you , high water bills , gas bills , they constantly ad extra fees for something.Review from Apartments.com
Way too small for the price
March 5, 2023These apartments are small. They have no separate dining area. You can put a table set in the kitchen but it will be a tight fit. They are nice, but too small for the price they are asking. Parking is horrible.Review from Apartments.com

September 25, 2022My wife and I just got approved for a unit and Kevin has been a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and willing to give follow ups. The Nolan did take some time to get picked for a unit quote, but tbh….all the apartments are having a tough time with availability especially because rent is going up. I will be returning to give an update on my review after the initial move in and 3- 6 months in.Review from Apartments.com
