Staff are rude
February 11, 2021I have been trying to reach someone on the phone every day for a week. In addition to the automated system that requires you to leave a message and wait for a call back, (a call I never received, btw), the one time that I did get an actual person on the phone, she was very rude and started talking about me “asking all these questions” to her coworker(s) while I was still on the phone! Horrible place
August 21, 2018Roach infestation like I’ve never witnessed in my life. Horrible up keep on units. When it rains outside it rains inside. No promises in the lease have been upheld. Period don’t waste your money.Property Manager Responded

Great Place
January 30, 2017I have had a wonderful experience here at Broadmoore Gardens. The staff works very hard to make the residents happy. They have fixed any problem that I have had in a timely fashion. The property manager has had no problem with meeting with me personally to answer any questions that I've had and to listen to and help resolve any problems. The staff is amazing and you can really tell that they are working to improve the property every single day. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
October 3, 2016THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I PICKED UP MY KEYS AND MY ROOM DOOR DID NOT EVEN HAVE A DOOR KNOB! I OPENED MY REFRIGERATOR AND ROACHES CAME OUT. I OPENED MY OVEN AND THERE WERE DEAD ROACHES! WHEN I MOVED MY REFRIGERATOR ROACHES RAN EVERYWHERE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Pathetic place to live
August 20, 2016I have lived here a few months. Since I moved in I have experienced various issues with the apartment unit and the staff. I have had to call the police on my rowdy neighbors because the security that works here is unable to do their job. The office staff are all useless when it comes to solving problems. I have called to report serious issues within my apartment unit and some of the office workers lied to me (by saying that the issue was being resolved although Nobody had been to even look at the ...unit) just so she could go home . Quiet and Peaceful
August 1, 2016I have been living here a year and have had no issues with the neighbors or management. Since I have been here any issues I have had has been quickly resolved. They even had a guy come out in the middle of the night to fix my AC! Additionally, the new management has taken the initiative to repave the parking lot and install new mailboxes. Also, over the last few months the new management has really tried to make it more fun to live there. They held a pool party with free food/drinks which I ...had a lot of fun at. The playgrounds have been a big part of the fun this summer
July 19, 2016I love hearing and seeing all the kids having fun on the playgrounds. It has made the summer better for us and the large grass areas are a great space to relax in or just to be outdoors with pets or hang with friends. April 28, 2016I love living at Broadmoore! The staff is so friendly even the manager came to make sure my outlets were fixed and the maintenance guys are so nice!! This Place is a Joke and the Other Reviews Are Fake
February 12, 2016Bad neighborhood, trash everywhere, people hanging out and fighting. No one in office knows what they are doing. All the other reviews are fake, they pay residents to write them.
