Don’t do it
July 14, 2018For short the other bad review is completely right! Nothing is ever fixed except the outside for a face lift. Management is horrible, they go thru maintenance like people change their draws. Kick out residents who have been here for 5 plus years for no reason. For as much as these apartments are per month they sure don’t reflect it. Mold thru out buildings, spiders galore, mice, nasty smells, racists employees and lazy. They pass off complaints to the next then the next until residents just give ...up! People’s dogs poop all over and it never gets picked up, harassments from other residents to which management is made aware and does nothing! Managaement can comment in response but honestly they lie. Nothing has been fixed and this place is falling apart and I’m surprised it doesn’t get torn down!Property Manager Responded
July 18, 2018Thank you for expressing your concerns. We have been making some improvements to the community over the past year since new management has started. As you may know site projects and updates take time to complete depending on the size of the project. We feel that the police should be handling all serious issues with any resident that feels scared or wronged. We cannot take action based on a complaint. The police will investigate any issues and help you with the seriousness of the situation. We have a very strong outstanding relationship with the police and with the city of lakeville. Do to non-renewing leases we try to do our best for the community. It also sounds that you are expressing that you are unhappy here at our community. We strive to do better and improve on all aspects of your concerns.

The projects of lakeville
August 29, 2017I've lived there for 4 years and the 1st year was decent but they decided to fire the BEST maintenance guy and the managers change every month because they can't handle how crappy the place is, it is LITERALLY falling apart. They never mow the grass, the dumpsters are used from everyone in the block not just the apartments so it looks like a disaster has struck. The hallways stink and there is always garbage in the laundry room, oh and the washer and dryers are always broke and you waste all your ...money to wash and dry clothes THAT DONT EVEN GET CLEAN, the storage closets in the laundry room always get broken into and people's crab gets stolen. if you have something broken in the apartment you have to wait months for it to get fixed. Black mold is growing in the main hallways and in almost every bathroom. There are ants and terrible gnats in every apartment . These are considered the projects of lakeville. September 6, 2015First of all, management gives out several infractions for the same incident and yet lets other residents break their lease such as garages filled with junk, peoples decks overfilled with junk, fish tanks on their patio area and people storing cars there that are not even residents. There are many apartments with mold growing, dog stations over flowing with poo bags (which the residents have to take care of instead of maintenance), a pool that is not heated therefore it takes halfway through the ...summer to dip your toes in and 1 maintenance man and manager that is shared between several properties. Cooperate is the worst I have ever seen. They can only be contacted by email and looks at the residents as just another check and won't try to work things out instead of just kicking people out. Liz from cooperate is totally unreasonable and recently fired the maintenance man that worked harder than any of the several maintenance and managers. It seems that they can't keep help there. The apartment may be getting a face lift (which was much needed) but still don't change what a dumpy of a apartment it is. When we were uptown and new to the area we were asked where we live and the response was "oh" so therefore I never told people we live there. The complex is known as "The slum of Lakeville". Definitely not a complex I would recommend to anyone and definitely not the company I would live under! I would not even give it 1 star! There wasn't a option for 0 stars.Property Manager Responded
