Restrictions:
There is a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment, with no more than 50 pounds in combined weight. Each pet will be subject to a deposit fee and pet rent. The following Dog Breeds are recognized by AKA aggressive breeds and are restricted and will not be allowed: Akita, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Huskie, and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. Every dog will be required to participate in a demeanor assessment and may be excluded from occupancy if deemed aggressive or a risk to other community member or residents. If this occurs and occupancy has not occurred all fees, except the application fee, will be refunded to the applicant.

Look somewhere else
February 7, 2024The apartment complex community is nice and quiet everyone keeps to themselves. Lately there have been a few upgrades causing the parking lot space to be a nightmare. Nobody asked for the upgrades and now are asking to pay extra fees for parking under the covered parking space. People can’t afford that so now we all have to fight to get a regular parking space. The laundry room is a mess the machines never work and when you make a service request the technician comes out but never really fixes ...the problem. There was water all over the ground so now I have to go do my laundry at a laundromat. Instead of fixing or upgrading things the complex actually needs. That’s why I’m giving this poor review. Going down hill
November 3, 2022Residents are jerks to each other. Most of the people don’t pick up after there dogs. Half of the dogs aren’t on leases. Lots of stray dogs wondering around. Residents will have you towed for no reason and the leasing office will just say there is nothing they can do. Pool has been closed for 3 months. Quiet & Peaceful
September 2, 2022I have been living here for a few years and this is one of the nicest and quietest hidden places you would want to move to. Every since the change in management, I can see more improvements. The Community Manger JC is by far the most Honest and Responsive person I've met. Word of advice, just be Honest, Truthful and Stay True to your word because JC is truly that. He will come in early and leave a little past office hours. You can't ask for a better community manager and place to live. I ...definitely recommend The Oasis. Things that have improved are: 1) Office Staff and Communication 2) Maintenance and Responsive Time. 3) Pest Control has gotten better. Horrible communication
March 6, 2021For the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to check out their 1 bdrm apts. I’ve called numerous of times & made 3 appointments & they still never got in contact nor confirmed the appointment. Nice Starter Place
August 22, 2015If you're in college or right out of college, and you need a decent place to live that's close to highways, fairly safe, and inexpensive, then this is a good place for you. It's quiet, tucked behind the sketchiness of Bissonett. The apartments are kinda prone to issues (broken AC, for instance), but they are usually fixed quickly once you put in a request (which can be done online, conveniently).
