Moved into one of their more newly renovated units. Been constant plumbing issues. Primary issue has been a leak in the bathroom ceiling, put in multiple maintenance requests that got resolved in the system after visits when I wasn't home. Issue persisted and finally met with the gentleman who did maintenance and he said it was not leaking so there was nothing he could do. Meanwhile signs of mildew are in the softening ceiling and the issue was marked resolved again. I called the office the ...
following week and asked about mold concern examination, she said she would look into contacting the owner and would be in touch. Multiple weeks later she has not gotten back with me. Beyond this there have been multiple other plumbing issues from hot water issues in the bathroom, and now an overflowing rusty sink. Do not move here, the infrastructure is in bad condition and things are not set to get resolved.

I have lived at Oasis apartments for over a year now and love my apartment. I currently live in a 2 bedroom and it is very large. My favorite part of the living here is the location and that I can have my large dog with me. I have a German Shepard and by dog was allowed to live here. I would like to see the buildings get painted but the interior of the units are very nice and the one I live in has been updated. I have lived in several different apartment and for the money and location this is by ...
